Star-code reliable for "forward everything." Conditional forwarding runs through the My Verizon app.
Forward only when you don't answer
Verizon doesn't expose a star code for no-answer forwarding on most consumer plans. Set it up in the My Verizon app:
- Open My Verizon → tap Account → tap your line.
- Choose Manage Device → Call Forwarding.
- Toggle on No Answer Transfer (and/or Busy Transfer).
- Enter your Relay number as the destination. Set the ring duration (typically 15–25 seconds before forward).
Forward every call (after hours, weekends, vacation)
From your Verizon phone's dialer, type:
Use your full 11-digit Relay number (the one you provisioned in the Relay dashboard). You'll hear a confirmation tone, that's it. All incoming calls now go to Relay until you turn it off.
Turn it off
Dial *73 and press Call to cancel "forward all." For conditional forwarding set in the app, toggle it off in the same screen where you turned it on.
